Some tips for ldrs

I have been ldr of big clan and an coldr of club35, and more clans wich has been died after 2-3 weeks
so here is my story

i think its the best for the ldrs, and recruiters, to give applyed ppl /trail first even if u know m,
bcz some ppl could get thinking that they are /mem and they are like w/e the pro in the clan or getting a bit overwhelming(personal oppinion)
so virus and spamm also listen to taun hes a good coldr of my clan and hes my m8;)

haha thanx cryp matey but we r not supposed to change anything its up to the ldrs ive been leader of great clans just as prolog1C and styLe2oo9 and i totally agree with you. i wouldnt give /memb to anybody =D test em out if they r good u can give them the membership later on
